This site

This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. The fonts and the video are hosted on the site itself: browsing it does not contact any third-party service.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Netlify, based in the United States. Like any host, Netlify records technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to run and secure the site, under its own policy.

Booking a call

The “Book” buttons open Calendly, an external service. The information you enter there (name, email, any answers) is used only to organise and prepare the call. Calendly processes it under its own policy.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your message and contact details to reply and, if we work together, to manage our relationship.

Legal basis and retention

This processing is based on your request (pre-contractual steps) and on our legitimate interest in replying to our contacts. We keep this data for at most three years after our last exchange, unless a legal obligation (for example accounting) or an ongoing contract requires otherwise. We never sell or rent your data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, to restrict its processing or to object to it, by writing to info@8hours.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
