Before you call.
Does the agent send things without checks?
You decide. The agent can prepare drafts that your team reviews, or act on its own for low-risk tasks. Nothing goes out beyond the rules you have set.
Do we need to change our tools?
No. The agent plugs into your current tools: email, spreadsheets, ERP, HR software, social media.
How long before it's running?
Two weeks for a first simple agent, up to ten weeks when an ERP and HR software need to be connected.
What if the AI makes mistakes?
We measure before we deliver. When AI isn't reliable enough, we replace it with rules. Safeguards block sending when the data looks abnormal.
Where is my data?
Your data stays in your tools. When a database is needed, we choose one hosted in Europe.
What does the subscription include?
Hosting, AI usage, monitoring and adjustments when your tools change. The amount is in the quote.
